Our client are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Lettings Manager to lead and grow a busy lettings department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with strong business development skills and a proven background in portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities Department Leadership & Operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop the lettings team to exceed performance targets
- Oversee the full lettings cycle from valuation and instruction through to move-in
- Ensure all processes are compliant with current lettings legislation and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records and oversee all tenancy documentation
- Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure legal documentation is completed accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Conduct valuations and support viewings where required
Business Development & Portfolio Growth - Proactively win new instructions and grow the managed portfolio
- Convert inbound leads effectively through structured follow-up and nurture campaigns
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote available properties
About You
We are looking for a confident and results-driven professional who brings: - Minimum 4 years' experience in lettings management
- ARLA / Propertymark qualification
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Proven track record of winning new business and growing portfolios
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Highly organised with strong administrative capability
- A proactive, target-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence
