Mobile Forklift Engineer
We are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Forklift Engineer to join our growing service team.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a varied fleet of materials handling equipment across a wide range of customer sites. These range from small, single-machine operations in light industrial units to large sites with 10-15 machines operating within buildings of tens of thousands of square feet.
Coverage Area
Our service area generally spans:

• Wigan and the North West

Equipment Worked On
You will be working on a diverse fleet, including:

• Counterbalance forklifts (LPG, diesel, electric - lead acid & lithium)
• Order pickers
• Articulated narrow aisle trucks
• Scissor lifts and associated access equipment

Hours & Pay

• Pay: DOE, typically around £18 per hour
• Hours: 45 hours per week

• Holidays: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Pension:
  • Employee contribution: 5% (default, with option to increase)
  • Employer contribution: 4% per month
