Our client is building a tech platform that connects, supports, and empowers carers and care organisations across every care setting. They are now looking for an ambitious Media Sales & Advertising Executive to join the team and help them grow.
About the role
To support our clients next stage of growth, they are looking for a Media Sales & Advertising Executive to build and expand their advertising partnerships.
You'll be responsible for building strong relationships and driving new business opportunities. This role requires someone with proven sales experience, confidence in speaking with business leaders, and a results-driven approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client early and grow with the business. For the right person, there will be clear opportunities for progression into senior roles as they expand.
About the Job
- Sales:
- Proactively generate and close new business leads.
- Pitch and sell bespoke advertising solutions, from sponsored content to digital display and brand collaborations
- Drive new business within the health and social care sectors
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Keeping your tasks and admin up to date and clean each day on CRM system.
- Portfolio Management:
- Develop and manage relationships with brands, PR agencies, and media buyers.
- Support the development of sales strategy and contribute ideas for growth.
- Planning & Reporting:
- Manage the sales cycle independently and report on performance.
- Value Delivery:
- Help customers understand platform usage, uncover opportunities for improvement, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Taking on new projects assigned to you by your manager or wider team and working them to a deadline.
About You - Extremely sales-driven, motivated by results and progression.
- Confident communicator and negotiator who can quickly build rapport with clients.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Experience in using Hubspot or Salesforce CRM preferable
- Results driven, ambitious, and remarkably confident
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn, methodical, organised and sharp attention to detail
- Experience or knowledge of suppliers to health & social care (desirable)
- Experience selling media, digital products or advertising (desirable)
Salary & Benefits - Salary of £27,000 OTE up to £35,000 per year + performance incentives.
