Motor/Light Vehicle Technician
Our client is a well established and succesful business who are looking for someone to join our busy in house workshop team. The business has grown considerably over the last few years.
Our current team are responsible for the maintenance of a range of agricultural equipment including mowers, tractors, strimmers, chainsaws etc as well as servicing and maintaining over 30 vehicles in house, it is a very enjoyable and varied role.
We are looking for someone with Agricultural plant & machinery experience, preferably a vehicle maintenance nvq/qualification and full clean driving license with towing capacity is preferable as driving to breakdowns and towing are part of the role. Welding experience is also preferable.
The candidate will ideally have experience in this type of business or similar as although training will be given we need someone who can work under their own steam as well as in the team.
You will have a can do attitude,
Hours of work are 7.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday and some Saturday mornings depending on the business need ( this is paid overtime) as is anything after 4.30pm.
Salary up to £32,000 + regular overtime available (time and a half) + pension + company benefits.
