Our client is seeking a highly polished, commercially astute Sales Manager with a background in aesthetics, private healthcare, or medical services. This is a senior, performance-led role for a consultative sales professional who excels at guiding clients through high-value treatment journeys while leading and developing a high-performing sales function.
You will take ownership of the full sales process - from initial consultation through to conversion - ensuring exceptional client experience, ethical sales practices, and consistent revenue delivery. This role is ideal for someone who combines clinical understanding with commercial confidence and leadership presence.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales function, ensuring revenue, conversion, and performance targets are achieved
• Set clear sales standards, processes, and KPIs to drive consistent outcomes
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights and reporting
• Take ownership of forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning

Consultative Sales & Client Experience:

• Conduct high-quality, consultative client consultations for premium aesthetic or medical treatments
• Translate clinical recommendations into clear, compelling treatment and pricing options
• Confidently present finance and payment options in a compliant and ethical manner
• Manage complex client objections with empathy, professionalism, and authority
• Ensure every client journey reflects the highest standards of care and service

Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, coach, and develop sales consultants and treatment coordinators
• Lead by example in client interactions, professionalism, and performance
• Deliver regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
• Build a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement

About You Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, medical, or private healthcare sales
• Strong background in consultative, high-value sales environments
• Demonstrable leadership experience managing and developing sales teams
• High level of emotional intelligence and confidence in sensitive client conversations
• Commercially driven with strong financial and pricing confidence
• Data-led mindset with a focus on performance, process, and outcomes
• Professional, polished, and credible presence with clients and teams

Desirable:

• Experience working with treatment coordinators or patient consultants
• Knowledge of finance options within private healthcare or aesthetics
• Background in scaling or optimising sales performance within a clinic or healthcare setting
