Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated property professional with a minimum of 3 years' industry experience to join a small, successful, and growing team working across both sales and lettings. Experience in listing and managing lettings properties is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be well-presented, personable, and professional, with access to their own vehicle. While a background in sales is beneficial, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements
- Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
- Conduct property inspections, inventories, and manage maintenance issues
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring best outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and market activity
- Liaise with contractors and other property professionals as required
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales and lettings process
Skills & Experience - Minimum 2-3 years' experience within estate agency
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of administrative accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Genuine interest in the property market and commitment to professional development
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
