An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join my clients busy and modern residential sales office based in Kent. This role is ideal for a driven and customer-focused sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You will play a key role in supporting buyers and sellers throughout the residential sales process, delivering high standards of service while achieving individual and team performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support buyers and sellers throughout the residential sales journey
- Negotiate offers and progress sales to successful completion
- Deliver informative, professional, and customer-focused service at all times
- Handle enquiries efficiently and convert them into viewings and instructions
- Maintain accurate property listings and client records using CRM systems
- Use digital tools to manage listings and client communication
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and office targets
- Represent the business professionally and positively at all times
What We're Looking For: - Minimum 1 year's experience in a sales or target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- High standards of customer service
- Confidence using IT systems, CRM platforms, and digital tools
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
- A proactive, motivated, and results-focused mindset
