An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our clients busy and successful residential sales team based in Witney, with additional involvement across nearby offices.

Hours: - Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays
Key Responsibilities: - Register applicants and match buyers to suitable properties
- Arrange and attend property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors, agreeing terms
- Provide regular marketing feedback and updates to vendors
- Generate new and repeat business opportunities, including market appraisals and instructions
- Maximise opportunities for viewings, sales, and instructions
Main Objectives: - Achieve sales goals and targets agreed with your Line Manager
- Deliver a first-class level of customer service at all times
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Operate within regulatory standards and best practice guidelines
- Support the overall success and reputation of the office
About You: - Experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience working in a fast-paced estate agency environment
