We are currently recruiting for a high-volume Telesales Professional with experience selling into the UK Recruitment market.
This would ideally suit somebody that has worked in the Recruitment Sector ideally in Permanent Recruitment and only wants to do Business Development and pure sales with no candidate engagement required.

The Role
- Hybrid - work from home with full structure, IT, and support. (Tuesdays in the Sheffield Office)
- Basic Salay up to £30k Uncapped commission your performance drives your income
- Clear career progression into Senior Sales Executive, Account Manager, or Territory Manager roles
- Structured training, coaching, and mentoring in sales techniques

Key Responsibilities - Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to prospects and leads
- Generate new business and convert leads into appointments
- Promote products and services using consultative selling, solution selling, and persuasive communication
- Build a successful sales pipeline
- Track and manage leads in CRM systems, ensuring accurate sales reporting
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
Key Skills & Requirements - Experience in telesales, outbound sales, B2B sales, or lead generation is an essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong cold calling, prospecting, and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Passionate about sales, closing deals, and exceeding targets
