An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our clients well-established residential sales office in Loughborough.
This role is ideal for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service. You will play a key role in supporting branch performance, driving sales activity and ensuring a smooth experience for buyers and vendors alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Handle enquiries effectively, converting them into viewings or market appraisals
- Follow up viewings to obtain feedback and progress buying decisions
- Provide clear, respectful, and constructive feedback to vendors
- Make outbound calls to previous applicants to generate interest and viewings
- Maintain accurate client records, archiving where interest has been fully explored
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the office
- Support sales progression by liaising with solicitors, buyers, and vendors
- Ensure vendors and buyers receive regular updates throughout the process
- Complete administrative duties including sales files, documentation, brochures, boards, and key handling
- Carry out compliance checks, including Anti-Money Laundering procedures
- Manage daily tasks, reviews, and action lists
- Create and maintain live "for sale" listings
- Undertake property valuations where training and experience permit
What We're Looking For: - Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role
- Proactive, target-driven attitude with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, personable, and well-presented
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
