Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare
 
Full-Time 4 Days Hybrid - 1 day (Tuesday) in our Dinnington HQ Office
Jiggle Staffing are opening a new Healthcare Division so are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of the new desk.
This role offers the chance to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while growing your own client and candidate network. We will also have Internal recruitment ( Care Company) so you will get off to a strong start.
 
The Role
As a 360 Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Develop and manage a healthcare recruitment desk
• Recruit healthcare professionals into temporary and permanent placements
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Ensure full compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory standards across all placements
• Meet and exceed agreed activity, performance, and revenue goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven 360 recruitment experience (healthcare)
• Strong knowledge of compliance and safeguarding Processes
• Driven, well organised, and commercially focused
