Our client are looking for an experienced appointment setter. This is a performance-driven, front-line sales role suited to an individual with exceptional communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and meticulous attention to detail.
You will be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound patient enquiries, responsible for qualifying intent, capturing accurate information, and securing high-quality consultation bookings. The standard of your work directly impacts conversion rates and revenue performance across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries promptly and professionally
- Conduct structured, intelligent conversations to understand motivations, objections, and financial expectations
- Secure high-quality consultation bookings with the right candidates at the right time
- Maintain accurate, detailed records to support seamless handover to sales and clinical teams
- Manage callbacks, follow-ups, and no-show prevention
- Consistently achieve activity, booking, and attendance targets
