Our client are looking for an experienced Sales Manager. This is a senior, performance-led leadership role designed for an accomplished sales professional who consistently delivers results, builds high-performing teams, and takes full ownership of commercial outcomes.
You will have end-to-end responsibility for the sales function, overseeing the entire customer journey from first enquiry through to treatment start. You will be accountable for conversion rates, revenue performance, and execution consistency, with full autonomy to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of sales performance, revenue delivery, and conversion metrics
- Leadership, coaching, and accountability of the sales team

- Delivering weekly performance reporting with clear actions and outcomes
