Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Stretford
 
About the Role
Our client are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their residential lettings team in Stretford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident property professional who enjoys valuations, viewings and landlord relationship management, while overseeing the full lettings journey from enquiry to move-in.
 
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000pa + commission
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (day off in lieu)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations, viewings, inspections, inventories, and handle deposit processes
• Manage the complete lettings lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants
• Build and maintain strong landlord relationships, supporting portfolio growth
• Respond to tenant enquiries and negotiate tenancies effectively
• Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
• Serve the relevant notices and oversee the landlord renewal process
• Contribute new business ideas and support the expansion of the lettings portfolio
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth tenancy administration and move-ins

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year's experience in residential lettings
• Confident conducting viewings, listings, inspections, and inventories
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
• Highly organised with excellent administrative ability
• Experience in building and retaining landlord portfolios
• Team player with ambition and a results-driven mindset
• Professional, discreet, and dependable
• IT literate with confidence using new systems
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
