The Role:
Our client are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Residential Sales Negotiator or Residential Valuer to join our busy Taunton office. This role is ideal for someone already working within residential sales who is ready to take the next step in their career with a respected, forward-thinking estate agency.
 
What We're Looking For

• A strong track record in residential sales and sales progression
• Experience in valuing (desirable, not essential)
• A confident, engaging and outgoing personality
• A highly organised and efficient approach to work
• A proactive, driven attitude with the ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Strong professionalism and attention to detail
• Good IT proficiency, including MS Office
• A full UK driving licence and daily access to a vehicle
