Team Leader - Mortgage & Protection Advisors - Medway City Estates
 
Our client are looking for an inspiring and motivated Team Leader to manage their dynamic team of Mortgage & Protection Advisors and Lead Generators.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who's passionate about developing others, driving performance and taking an established department to the next level. You'll play a key role in coaching, mentoring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while achieving both personal and business goals.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to exceed targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular performance observations, feedback sessions, and business reviews.
• Identify training needs and support skill development through structured coaching.
• Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Liaise with senior management to maximise business opportunities and growth.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages continuous improvement.
• Lead by example in professionalism, resilience, and results-driven performance.

About You
We're looking for an energetic and passionate leader with a proven track record in mortgage advice and sales. You'll be confident, approachable, and capable of motivating a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven sales leadership experience, ideally within financial services.
• CEMAP 1 qualification (or CAS status) with demonstrable mortgage advisory experience.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A natural relationship-builder who inspires trust and confidence.
• Commercially aware with the ability to identify and maximise opportunities.
• Highly organised, professional, and resilient under pressure.
• Driven by success, results, and rewards.

The Package
Salary: £45,000 basic + OTE £50,000
