Key Responsibilities
Generate and secure new business opportunities across residential sales and related services.
Conduct market appraisals and property valuations with professionalism and accuracy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and excellent customer service.
Drive business growth through proactive marketing, networking, and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage and support a sales team to ensure performance targets and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
Oversee sales progression from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
Maintain a strong awareness of the local property market and industry trends.
Represent the company at community and professional events, promoting its reputation and values.
Essential Skills and Experience
Proven success in estate agency sales, with a strong record of winning new business.
Experience as a Sales Valuer, Senior Negotiator, or Sales Manager.
Excellent networking and business development skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local property market.
Highly organised, efficient, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Leadership and team management experience.
A self-motivated and target-driven approach.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
