Due to our clients continued growth they are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Senior Sales Negotiator to join their sales team in Whittlesey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous estate agency experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Register new buyers and sellers, maintain accurate records on the company database, and manage client relationships throughout the sales process.
• Organise and conduct property viewings and vendor visits, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Arrange and coordinate property valuations with potential vendors.
• Negotiate offers and sales with professionalism and integrity, always acting in the best interests of vendors.
• Work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets in line with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure all administrative and compliance processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Represent the company in a professional, knowledgeable, and approachable manner.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in estate agency or property sales (essential).
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong IT literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Comfortable working to targets and managing multiple priorities.
• A strong team player who contributes to a supportive and successful office culture.
• A strong communicator with outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
