• Salary: £28,000 - £29,000
• On-Target Earnings: £45,000 - £50,000 (uncapped)

The Role This is your chance to run a branch as if it were your own. You'll be:

• Leading the team, driving profitability, and growing the business
• Coaching, motivating, and inspiring your staff to achieve their goals
• Listing properties and providing expert advice to landlords
• Ensuring tenants receive an outstanding experience from start to finish
• Keeping ahead of local market trends and becoming the go-to property expert in your area

About You

• Proven lettings experience with strong relationship-building skills
• Motivated, ambitious, and able to thrive in a busy, target-driven environment
• Passionate about people and customer service
• Hardworking with a commitment to your own and your team's success
• Full UK driving licence required
