Mortgage Advisor (Remote)

• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Remote / Work from Home (must live within 1 hour of Medway City Estate for training & meetings)
• Base Salary: Up to £31,000 (depending on experience) + guaranteed support payment (for a fixed period)
• On-Target Earnings: £60,000+ (uncapped - your effort, your reward)
• Work Pattern: Flexible, agreed at interview

The Opportunity: We're looking for qualified Mortgage Advisors (CeMAP 1 / CAS Status) who want to work remotely while still being part of a supportive, ambitious team.
Your role will be about more than just mortgages—you'll be helping people through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
 
What You'll Do:

• Meet clients virtually and offer advice that's tailored to them
• Find the right mortgage solutions and explain them clearly
• Introduce protection products from trusted providers
• Hit targets without losing sight of customer care
• Keep everything compliant while building long-term relationships

Who You Are:

• CeMAP 1 qualified (or CAS status) with proven advisory experience
• Confident communicator who loves building relationships
• Driven by results and motivated to succeed
• Ideally with a full UK driving licence and car
• Passionate about helping customers secure their dream homes
