Business Development Executive:
 
Are you ready to take the next step in your B2B sales or recruitment sales career?
 
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to offer our service into the UK Perms Market.
 
About the Role:
 
This is a pure Business Development role concentrating on the UK Perms Market. You will utilise your skills in winning business and chasing down those clients with vacancies to supply the continued growth of the Jiggle Perms team.
This could suit an ex-perm recruiter who wants to concentrate on just Business Development.
 
Whilst all methods of communication are used we need someone who is confident on the phone and understand this is a high volume telesales type role.
 
Experience in Permanent Recruitment Market is required
 
Your main Duties will include:

• Make sure all client terms are signed and handover to the delivery team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to win new business and increase revenue.

 
We're looking for a dynamic and credible professional with:
 

• Management-level recruitment agency experience (essential).
• A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in a multi-site/regional sales role
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport with franchisees
• Strong commercial awareness, including understanding of P&Ls
• A tenacious, proactive, and personable approach, with a flair for sales and the determination to succeed
