Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Reporting To: Head of Operations
Location: Remote Working or Hybrid
Salary: £27,000 OTE up to £35,000
Job Type: Full Time 37.5 hours a week

Our client is building a platform that connects, supports, and empowers carers and care organisations across every care setting. They are now looking for an ambitious Sales / Account Manager to join the team and help them grow.
About the role
You'll be responsible for building strong relationships and driving new business opportunities, particularly with care homes and domiciliary care providers/employers. This role requires someone with proven sales experience, confidence in speaking with business leaders, and a results-driven approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client early and grow with the business. For the right person, there will be clear opportunities for progression into senior roles as they expand.
Job Overview
- Proactively generate and close new business leads.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with clients handling inbound enquiries via phone/email/website.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and demos demonstrate a good understanding of the platform.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Support the development of sales strategy and contribute ideas for growth.
- Keeping your tasks and admin up to date and clean each day on CRM system
- Cross functional working - closely working across the business to ensure we deliver a high quality experience for customers and platform users.
- Taking on new projects assigned to you by your manager or wider team and working them to a deadline
About You - Extremely sales-driven, motivated by results and progression.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within care homes, domiciliary care, or a similar environment.
- Confident communicator who can quickly build rapport with clients.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Interested in being part of a mission-led tech platform.
- Experience in using HubSpot or Salesforce CRM preferable
- Results driven, ambitious, and remarkably confident
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn, methodical, organised and sharp attention to detail
