Senior Air Conditioning Engineer 
 
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Air Conditioning Engineer based in Dartford (DA2) to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning engineering, along with leadership experience to guide a team of engineers. You will be working in a variety of commercial and residential settings, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
 
Responsibilities
This position involves a mix of office-based work in Wilmington (Dartford) and site visits to customer locations. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Conducting site surveys for new enquiries
• Preparing and issuing quotations for new projects
• Managing customer communications via email
• Following up on quotes to secure work
• Providing technical support to office staff when needed
• Providing quotations for customers following recommendations from engineers’ reports.
• Ordering AC units and spare parts

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
• Be located within 15 miles of the warehouse at Dartford DA2 7ER
• Hold a valid full UK driving licence
• Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the air conditioning industry
• Possess excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Be confident, personable, and well-presented

Package & Benefits
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per year (depending on experience)
• Overtime: Available during peak periods
• Location: Mobile role (office based in Wilmington, Kent)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (flexibility required to meet customer needs)
