We’re looking for a committed and experienced Team Leader to support adults with complex needs in a vibrant supported living setting.
Job Overview:
Role: Team Leader
Location: Dinnington - S25
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Shift rota:
- Days: 7am until 3pm
- Afters: 3pm until 11pm
- Nights: 11pm until 7am
Other hours also available; flexibility required across evenings and weekends.

About the Role: As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality care and overseeing daily operations across the service. You’ll support adults with:
- Learning disabilities and autism
- Challenging behaviours
- Sensory impairments and communication difficulties
You will:
- Lead by example in delivering person-centred care
- Supervise and support Support Workers on shift
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments are up to date and followed
- Deliver personal care and assist with daily living tasks when needed
- Manage shift handovers and contribute to team meetings
- Respond to incidents and escalate where necessary
- Liaise with families, professionals, and other stakeholders
- Promote choice, dignity, and independence in all aspects of care
What You’ll Need: - A caring, proactive, and confident attitude
- Experience supporting people with complex needs in social care
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care (preferred)
- Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding procedures
