Senior Air Conditioning Engineer 
 
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Air Conditioning Engineer based in Dartford (DA2) to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning engineering, along with leadership experience to guide a team of engineers. You will be working in a variety of commercial and residential settings, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, ensuring they meet technical standards and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with air conditioning systems.
• Conduct system diagnostics and provide detailed reports to clients.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service reports and equipment documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
• Advanced knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications 
• Full UK driving license (or local equivalent) 
• Based in Dartford so can quickly access the company warehouse when required
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Desirable:

• Previous experience working in a senior or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of other HVAC systems and technologies.
• Experience with system design and commissioning.
