Jiggle are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to work with a well-established waste management company based in Sheffield.
Our client aims to make recycling manageable and cost effective for all businesses. With the company growing from strength to strength, they have been able to add specialist vehicles to the fleet for the collection of different types of waste, creating a time-effective solution to meet customer needs.
You will be responsible for identifying and securing new accounts via cold calls, door knocks and other lead generation methods, effectively nurturing them using recently implemented bespoke CRM system. The role is field based but will require some time to be spent in our offices for sales meetings.
Duties include:
- Proactively and reactively identify new business leads via cold calling.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets managing your own personal sales pipeline.
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments.
- Use and update internal CRM systems, and other appropriate records.
- Support the Sales manager and other colleagues with other sales related activities.
Requirements of the role:
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of selling contracted services and achieving / overachieving sales targets.
- Must be able to handle rejection and not be afraid to work rain or shine.
- Required use of social media as reaching prospects online is your best friend.
- Good rapport building and sales skills. Must also be articulate, confident, and politely persistent.
- Must be able to work well as part of a team.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, demonstrating a strong “can do” attitude. Must be determined to succeed and be prepared to go the extra mile to win a customer's commitment and build lasting relationships.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm but the successful candidate must be flexible according to business needs.
Experience:
- Field Sales: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
Work Location:
Whilst you will have an office base, this role is Field Sales and will therefore require you to be out on the road for the majority of your working hours.
