Location: North Yorkshire – Leeds, Wetherby, Skipton
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 + Bonuses & Travel Expenses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Hybrid Working Available)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Care Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of care services.
- Assist in ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and maintain quality control systems.
- Supervise and support care staff, providing training, guidance, and regular reviews.
- Assist in the creation and review of care plans, ensuring they are person-centered and tailored to individual needs.
- Help manage client relationships, ensuring open communication with clients, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to business development efforts, helping to increase the growth and reach of services.
- Manage and monitor finances, ensuring services are delivered within budget.
What We’re Looking For: - Previous experience in a care management or supervisory role.
- Knowledge of CQC standards and other relevant regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to care management.
- Full UK driving license required.
- Level 3 health and social care
