Jiggle are currently recruiting for a reliable, honest, and self-motivated individual to join one of our busy premium client’s as an Order Processing and Customer Service Liaison based in Rotherham.
Contract Duration: January 2025 – March 2025 (Short-term - Opportunity to become long term dependant on candidate)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 (Dependent on Experience)
(Car Driver preferred due to location of our client)

As part of a small, collaborative team, you will be involved in a range of activities that support the business’s order processing and customer service operations. Flexibility is key as you may also be required to assist in other areas such as packing, labelling, loading, and unloading of deliveries, with a focus on ensuring that all orders are dispatched accurately and on time. Due to the nature of the business, you will need to work efficiently under pressure, as there are strict deadlines to meet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively process all web sale orders received and manage them through to dispatch in accordance with current business practices.
- Handle telephone orders, including processing card payments and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are delivered within the agreed timescales.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints both written and verbally, ensuring timely resolution in line with company procedures.
- Track customer deliveries and liaise with couriers to ensure successful delivery of all orders.
- Organise and update relevant data using company database applications.
- Undertake general administration duties as required.
- Participate in business meetings, working collaboratively with the team to ensure all actions are completed on time.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and quality management standards.
- Properly use and care for equipment and materials as per company guidelines.
Essential Skills and Experience: - Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly over the phone and via email.
- A proactive, independent work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team.
- A keen desire to learn and improve your skills.
- Flexible and willing to assist with various aspects of order preparation to ensure timely dispatch.
- Given the nature of the role, you should be comfortable with some physical tasks such as packing, labelling, lifting boxes (up to 25kg), and loading/unloading deliveries.
