Order Processing and Customer Service Liaison
Jiggle are a currently recruiting for Order Processing and Customer Service Liaison officer to join their growing business based in Rotherham.
Weekly Paid Hrs:- 37.5 hrs paid hrs /week 9:00am – 5pm
Availability:- Monday – Friday
Salary: £23,000 - £25,0000 Based on experience
Location:- Rotherham, S65 1SJ

Our client is a small family run company based in Rotherham, supplying bio ethanol and crafted luxury
outdoor gas fires direct to our customers. They are currently looking for a reliable, honest, self -
motivated individual to join their team in servicing their wide and varied client base through phone,
email and face to face. The role is on site working only.
Following the induction training programme, you will be responsible for processing all sales orders
through to despatch, dealing with a wide range of incoming customer enquiries, processing
payments both over the phone and where face to face it will be appointment only. You will also
provide administration support to the team; alongside offering first class service to your customers.
You will play a significant role in representing our clients brands and ensuring all despatched orders are
successfully received by the customers.
The role
• To effectively process all web sale orders received through to despatch in accordance
• To handle telephone orders through to dispatch, including processing card payments.
• To effectively communicate with our customers and suppliers to ensure orders placed are
delivered within agreed timescale.
• To effectively handle customer complaints through to a successful resolution both written
and verbally within agreed company timeline.
• Track customer deliveries and Liaise with couriers to ensure all orders successfully delivered
• Manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications for company use.
• Effectively carryout general administration duties.
• Arrange and participate in business meetings, effectively working as a team member and
completing all actions within agreed timescale.
• Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to
administrative policies and procedures.
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality
management.
• Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for
which the role has responsibility.
Personal Situation:
Must be able to commute reliably to office, have a flexible approach to work with a can do and
will do approach
Essential Skills:
• You have previous experience in working within a customer facing environment
• You are proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, and social media platform
• You will have the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, whilst still working with
precision and a high level of accuracy.
• You are a confident communicator, both over the phone and via email.
• You will have a proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently.
• You will have the desire to improve on your own knowledge.
• You will be a team player offering flexibility to ensure all aspects of order preparation are
completed ensuring orders are despatched on time.
• GCSE English & Maths Grade 5 (B) or above
Desirable Skills
Experiencing in handling orders through Amazon and Ebay
Ability to drive and own a vehicle
