The opportunity:
The Air Zone Attendant provides quality and positive visitor experiences within the resort. Through your extensive knowledge of the resort and Air Zone facility, you will deliver activities, experiences and customer support in the Air Zone space, and across the Visitor Experience team to guests and stakeholders.
- Provide friendly, positive and engaging customer service at all times.
- Prioritise safety, ensuring guests are usig the Air Zone facitlity in a safe and compliant manner.
- Ensure that the facility is presentable at all times and kept clean and in a tidy state that is welcoming to all guests.
- Complete daily safety, equipment and infrastructure checks as directed.
- Provide accurate, complete and timely information, recommendations and advice when requested.
- Manage point of sales transactions, bookings and guest access in and out of Air Zone.
- Establish effective, professional working relationships and operate in a team environment.
- All other tasks as reasonably requested by Management.
This is an on-site seasonal role at Mount Buller Alpine Resort, where you will get to enjoy the fun and excitement a snow season offers, whilst creating positive memories and experiences for guests and stakeholders.

Key Selection Criteria - Previous experience in customer service, tourism or visitor information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with children, e.g., in Out of Hours School Care (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Follow established rules, processes and standards.
- Previous experience in a similar type of facility (desirable).
The successful candidate will be required to: - Have full Australian working rights.
- Currently hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check – Employee type
- Have a current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests.
Location: Mount Buller Alpine Resort Victoria
Salary Range: Commencing from $26.92 per hour, plus casual loading + superannuation
Contract Term: Casual, seasonal.
