The opportunity:
The Resort Operations Attendant - Car Parking is fundamental in delivering and supporting daily operations of Mount Buller Alpine Resort and the guest experience. Working under close supervision, you will be undertaking a number of outdoor activities including traffic flow management, car-parking allocation, bus stop coordination, and assistance at chain fitting bays.
- Assist with daily carparking and traffic flow management.
- Assist with bus stop management to ensure safe and efficient visitor movement.
- Village bus stop support, crowd control and general customer service.
- Support chain-fitting bay operations.
- Assist with snow clearing and public spaces access maintenance.
- Contribute to a positive and safe workplace culture, by demonstrating respect, implementing and supporting safe work practices, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
This is an on-site seasonal role at Mount Buller Alpine Resort where you will get to enjoy spectacular views and the unique alpine environment every day, including the challenges this brings.

Key Selection Criteria: - Be able to work in a highly physical role in extreme weather conditions.
- Traffic Management or Control accreditation (desirable).
- Customer service experience
- Experience working in traffic, parking or crowd management environments (desirable).
- Work well independently and in a team
- High attention to safety of self and others
The successful candidate will be required to: - Have full Australian working rights.
- Currently hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check – Employee type
- Have a current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests.
Location: Mount Buller Alpine Resort, Victoria
Salary: Commencing from $26.92 per hour, plus casual loading + superannuation
Contract Term: Casual, seasonal.
