The opportunity:
Joining the Mt Baw Baw Resort Operations team for the upcoming snow season!
Our Resort Operations team offers several entry-level outdoor positions, with casual weekday and/or weekend shifts available for commencement early June and July.
If you love the winter environment, being outdoors and are available for weekends, only select days during the week or school holidays (27 June – 12 July), this opportunity is also for you!
Regardless of where you are working, you’ll need to have great customer service skills and be able to warmly engage with our guests as the face of the resort!
As our Resort Operations team works outdoors, previous experience working in extreme weather conditions or within the alpine industry is a bonus, as this helps ensure you're well-prepared for the many moods of ‘Mother Nature.’ However, we want to make sure you stay toasty warm while working and will provide you with snow pants, a jacket, and boots for the season!
Life at Mt Baw Baw isn't all work...we want you to play too! On your days off we encourage you to take the time to learn/improve your skiing/boarding skills on our beautifully manicured snow slopes.
Nestled only 2.5 hours from the heart of Melbourne, Mt Baw Baw is Melbourne’s closest downhill ski, snowboard, toboggan and snow play resort....'make tracks' this winter for a unique employment opportunity.
