The opportunity:
Are you a creative storyteller with a knack for strategy? Do you love crafting content that inspires and connects? Falls Creek is looking for a Marketing and Communication Coordinator to bring our resort experiences to life!
As our Marketing & Communication Coordinator, you will:
- Create engaging content across digital channels that showcases the magic of Falls Creek.
- Be comfortable both in front of and behind the camera—creating authentic stories and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Collaborate with our Events Coordinator to deliver unforgettable resort events, this will include hands on support for key weekends
- Drive awareness of our offerings and promote key messaging through innovative campaigns.
- Manage the ‘day to day’ essential side of marketing—project management, planning and informative communication to stakeholders, and operational updates.
- Work closely with the Head of Visitor Experience, Group Marketing Manager, and other teams to ensure timely, relevant communication for visitors and stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience: - Qualification in marketing, communications, digital media marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in marketing/communications, ideally with a tourism focus.
- Experience in developing and implementing integrated PR/marketing campaigns, with an appreciation of both brand and ROI.
- Proven ability to align creative concepts with marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will be required to: - Have full Australian working rights.
- Currently hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check – Employee type
- Have an Australian drivers licence (Victorian licence preferred)
- Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests.
- Work occasional weekends to support events throughout the year
Location: Falls Creek Alpine Resort, Victoria
Salary Range: $79,122 + superannuation
Contract Term: 12 months full-time, with the potential to go permanent.
