The opportunity:
The Resort Operations Attendant plays an integral role in managing public areas and ensuring our roads and pathways are safely accessible for our guest and employees.
Working outdoors surrounded by the beauty that is Falls Creek, you will spend your days performing tasks such as shoveling snow, operating power tools, general labouring and maintaining public areas.

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance with all OH&S regulations in relation to fatigue management and plant operation.
- Support the Resort Operations team in maintaining clear and safe and accessible roads and pathways
- Manage public areas to ensure that snow and ice are treated and cleared to reduce public safety risks.
- Other tasks as required to support the day-to-day operations within the Operations team
Skills, experience and qualifications: - Ability to work in a remote, often harsh alpine environment.
- Ability to undertake manual labour in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to organise and plan workloads under general supervision.
- Previous experience in the use of general hand and power tools
- Previous experience in a self motivated position and ability to demonstrate initiative

The successful candidate will be required to: - Have full Australian working rights.
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
- Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Employee Working With Children Check
- Available to work weekends and school holidays
- Available from June to 30 September 2025 (or the declared snow season)
