The opportunity:
Imagine spending your days amidst breathtaking Alpine scenery, where you're not just part of the team, you're part of the experience! Join us as an Air-Zone Attendant for the 2025 winter season.
What is Air Zone? A fun indoor facility for kids and adults, featuring trampolines, airbags and rock-climbing walls. As a member of the team, you will be responsible setting up to packing down of the facility and providing seamless transport services to ensure our guests enjoy these facilities safely.
One of the perks of this role is that staff work in shifts so there will be plenty of time to enjoy the resort activities, both on and off the snow!
Key accountabilities:
- Provides exceptional frontline service to customers, handle enquiries and support customers to have a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Follow standard operating procedures and instructions and complete daily safety, equipment and infrastructure checks.
- Work as part of a team
- Ensure that the facility is presentable at all times and kept in a clean, tidy state that is welcoming to all customers
Skills, experience and qualifications: - First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience, knowledge and understanding of the principles of customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to manage varied and conflicting demands.
- Experience in managing an environment that carries risk
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Given the nature of the operation, you will have a passion for health and fitness
- Well-developed and personable communication skills, for conveying response to enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Salary: $32.81 p/h including casual loading

The successful candidate will be required to: - Have full Australian working rights.
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
- Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Employee Working With Children Check
- Available to work weekends and school holidays
- Available from June to 30 September 2025 (or the declared snow season)
