Are you an organised and tech-savvy professional with a passion for project management? Join our team at Alpine Resorts Victoria (ARV) as a Project coordinator and play a pivotal role in transforming our project management processes through Monday.com!
At ARV, we are committed to creating seamless experiences for both our team and guests across our breathtaking alpine destinations. As we move to optimising and digitising our operations, we’re looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join us on a 12-month, fixed term contract to oversee the implementation of Monday.com, a dynamic innovative platform that will enhance collaboration, efficiency and project tracking across ARV.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring alignment of the platform templates, workflows, automations and structures with the ARV Project Management Framework.
- Resolves local operational service delivery problems by initiating and implementing improvements to procedures processes and workflows
- Overseeing the completion of the Monday.com implementation by providing guidance for Central teams and roll out full implementation to resorts.
- Working closely with Monday.com vendor, internal key stakeholders, and staff to drive engagement, ensure a smooth transition, and foster strong adoption of the platform.
Qualifications, skills and experience: - Experience working with Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in project coordination, preferably in software
- implementation or process improvement projects
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field desirable
- PMBOK, PRINCE2, or related project management industry certifications desirable
The successful candidate will be required to: - Have full Australian working rights.
- Currently hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Employee Working with Children Check
- Satisfactorily pass a Police Check and random drug & alcohol tests.
- Hold a valid Australian Drivers licence
Salary Range: $74,580 - $82,571
Location: Alpine Resorts Victoria has corporate office accommodation at Falls Creek, Mansfield, Mount Hotham, Mount Buller, Mount Baw Baw, Lake Mountain, Lilydale and working remotely (flexible/hybrid).
