The opportunity:
Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort is hosting one of the Victoria’s premier downhill mountain bike events in February and we are on the hunt for staff to join our team in making this weekend a success!
Our Front of House officers do more than take food orders, wipe down tables or make coffees...they provide resort visitors with quality customer service and share their knowledge and passion of the alpine region.

Key Accountabilities:
- Respond to guest enquiries with accurate information about the facilities and services, in line
with policies and procedures. - Provide high level customer service to the guests.
- Preparation, serving, presentation, and delivery of food and refreshments in accordance with
the Food Safety Program (FSP)
What amazing skills and experience will score you this role?
- 2+ years' experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Cash handling
- Available 22-23 February 2025, potential for future work
The successful candidate will be required to: - have full Australian working rights.
- Currently hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check – Employee type
- Have an Australian drivers licence (Victorian licence preferred)
- Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests.
