The opportunity:
Located in the picturesque Mt Buller, we are seeking a dynamic Asset Management and Maintenance Coordinator to support our Assets and Operations team, in managing the data management of the asset management system and coordination of long-term resort-based asset planning and maintenance.
Working on resort in this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed data within the asset management system, scheduling of planned maintenance and reactive work orders and liaising with a range of internal and external key stakeholders. This role offers both indoor and outdoor task components, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the Alpine region year-round.
We are looking for someone who is eager to make this role your own and assist us in the development and coordination of long-term asset management planning.

Key accountabilities include:
- Support ARV to maintain the asset management framework and comply with the Department of Treasury and Finance’s Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF).
- Coordinate strategic, long-term asset management planning by maintaining and improving asset management plans and 10-year asset capital works plans and budgets.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of periodic asset condition assessment surveys and updates to relevant asset management plans, 10-year plans, cyclical maintenance schedules and the Asset Management System.
- Use the Asset Management System to generate scheduled maintenance and reactive work orders and report on work order completion against due dates.
Qualifications, experience & skills: - Relevant tertiary degree or training in a recognized asset management program.
- At least 2 years’ experience in asset management
- Practical understanding of and experience with asset management and GIS systems
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Tenacious and a completer/finisher

Salary Range: $74,580 - $82,571
