Olympus is a vibrant 200-seat restaurant in Redfern's new Wunderlich Lane Prescient where the spirit of a modern Greek taverna meets Sydney sophistication. Set beneath a retractable glass ceiling and wrapped around a 50-year-old bougainvillea, it’s designed for communal dining and celebration. The menu draws from Greece’s mountainous regions, with wood-fired meats, grilled seafood, and classic mezedes, all brought to life with traditional charcoal cooking.
