Now, we’re looking for experienced Section Waiters to join our amazing teams at The Apollo & Cho Cho San in Potts Point.

The Right Person Will:

• Bring a bright, sunny disposition and a can-do attitude
• Have a passion for creating amazing guest experiences
• Have experience managing a section and basic wine service in a busy, customer-centric restaurant
• Be available on weekends

Responsibilities:

• Manage a section of 20 to 25 guests with a focus on excellent service
• Ensure each guest has an outstanding experience with enthusiasm and energy
• Run food to provide seamless service
