As part of an exciting time in the company's development, we are expanding and seeking an experienced blue-collar Recruitment Consultant with B2B Sales Experience, to play a key role in the growth of the company's blue-collar division.

Working in our Brisbane CBD Office, you have the chance to launch your career as a leader within this emerging business.  You will join a branch that opened in 2022 that is ready to expand quickly and take your career with it.  We are looking for our superstar who would lick their lips when they see our lucrative commission structure and a pathway to branch management.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience working in agency recruitment, preferribly in Brisbane and in blue collar trades.
• Telephone sales experience (desirable)
• Ability to build relationships with candidates.
• A positive attitude & resilience is a must!
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for helping others
