With an established Electrical Desk already operating at full speed, we’re looking for a Recruitment & Mobilisation Administrator to support candidate management and mobilisation – no business development required.


About the Role:

This is a candidate-facing role, where you’ll be the go-to person ensuring our electricians are supported from first contact right through to site mobilisation.

Working closely with our Electrical consultants, you’ll be responsible for:

• Candidate screening, registration, and compliance checks
• Coordinating medicals, inductions, and site access requirements
• Managing mobilisation paperwork and bookings
• Updating JobAdder and maintaining candidate records
• Regularly communicating with candidates to provide updates, support, and a positive experience

This role is administration-focused with plenty of interaction with candidates – perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping things organised, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in administration, mobilisation or recruitment support
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Great communication and confidence working with trades-based candidates
• A team-player mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Tech-savvy skills with MS Office and database systems (JobAdder experience a bonus)
• Salary is dependent on experience
