We are currently recruiting a Centre Director to lead a well-established early learning service located in Marsden Park.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a fully occupied service with strong systems, a capable and established team, and a positive culture already embedded across the centre. The focus of this role is to maintain high standards, support and further develop the team, and ensure continued excellence across all areas of operation.

The Role
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the service, ensuring continued excellence across quality, compliance, operations, and team culture.
With a strong and established team already in place, this role is focused on maintaining high standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring the ongoing success of a fully occupied service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, mentor, and support an experienced team of educators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Operational Leadership
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and organisational policies while ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Educational Leadership
Support and strengthen the existing high-quality educational program, ensuring consistency in practice and continued alignment with the National Quality Framework.
Culture and Standards
Continue to build on an already strong and positive service culture, supporting staff engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
Family and Community Engagement
Maintain strong relationships with families and the local community, ensuring ongoing trust, satisfaction, and engagement with the service.
You will be supported by experienced senior leadership and an Area Manager who values trust, collaboration, and professional autonomy.
