Centre Director – St Mary's NSW
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead a 70-place early learning service in St Marys.

Reporting to a supportive and experienced Area Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the culture, strengthen practices, and lead a team toward excellence with confidence and clarity.

The Role

About You We are looking for a confident, compassionate, and experienced leader who thrives in nurturing teams and creating positive outcomes for children and families. You bring:
- 2–3 years (or more) in a Centre Director or senior leadership role, with hands-on experience across all age groups
- A proven ability to inspire educators, support families, and foster high-quality practice across every room
- Experience in building strong compliance systems and continuously improving service standards
- A track record of growing occupancy and enhancing your centre’s reputation within the community
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements
- A leadership style that mentors, motivates, and empowers teams while maintaining professional standards
- Adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach in guiding your team
- Deep alignment with child safety, ethical practice, and professional values
