Education & Compliance Specialist – Queensland
We are recruiting an Education & Compliance Specialist to support a growing network of early learning campuses across Queensland.
This is a key state-based leadership role, working closely with National Compliance and National Education leadership to strengthen educational practice, ensure regulatory excellence, and build capability across campus leadership teams.
This role is key to building strong, sustainable educational and compliance foundations and is perfect for an experienced early childhood leader who champions collaboration, mentorship, quality practice, and professional excellence.

The Role
This is not a traditional audit or enforcement role!
The Education & Compliance Specialist operates as a coach, mentor, and capability builder and working alongside Centre Directors, Educational Leaders, and Operations to uplift practice, strengthen compliance, and embed consistent quality standards.
This multifaceted leadership role encompasses educational leadership, compliance oversight, and professional mentoring, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support across all levels of early childhood service leadership.
The successful candidate will mentor and empower Centre Directors, Educational Leaders, Assistant Directors, and other key stakeholders, strengthening pedagogy, leadership capability, and professional practice.
Responsibilities include facilitating professional learning, supporting onboarding and induction, contributing to shared educational frameworks, and directly engaging with educators to elevate curriculum and learning outcomes.
The role also provides compliance leadership, conducting reviews aligned with regulatory standards, guiding services in the development and implementation of quality improvement, strategic, and inclusion plans, and proactively addressing potential compliance risks.
Through collaborative partnerships with senior leadership and operational teams, this position ensures leadership continuity during transitions, fosters a culture of accountability and excellence, and embeds sustainable practices that drive both organisational and educational success.
Regular hands-on engagement, mentoring, and support across campuses are central to the role, creating a visible and impactful presence that inspires teams, promotes continuous improvement, and reinforces professional standards across the organisation.
