Centre Director – Western Sydney
This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role within a small, privately owned early learning service in Western Sydney that has recently been acquired by experienced, values-driven owners.
The service is currently in a transition phase, this creates an exciting opportunity for a Centre Director to help shape the next chapter of the service, working closely with owners who are genuinely passionate about their centre, their community, and their people.
At this stage, the Approved Provider is finalising settlement, so the service name and exact location will remain confidential for a short period. Full details will be shared once settlement is complete.
What we can share is that this is a small service, offering the chance to lead with impact, build strong relationships with families, and be closely involved in the refresh and modernisation of the centre over the coming months.

The Role
As Centre Director, you will play a key role in guiding the service through its transition, including:
- Leading day-to-day operations and compliance
- Supporting and mentoring the team through change
- Building strong, trusting relationships with families
- Contributing to the refresh of systems, practices, and centre culture
- Working collaboratively with the Approved Provider to shape the future direction of the service.

About You
You are an emerging or established early childhood leader who is ready to take the next step in your leadership journey. You bring:
- A Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification (ECT)
- Experience as an Assistant Director or in a senior leadership role within an early learning service
- Strong understanding of compliance, child safety, and quality practice
- A calm, confident, and relationship-led leadership style
- The ability to lead teams through change with empathy and clarity
- Strong alignment with values-led, community-focused education
