We are currently seeking an Executive Creative Director (ideally based in or around Denver,
CO, but open to other locations in the U.S.) who will implement the overall creative visions for
Main & Rose and for our entire client roster. The ideal candidate is obsessed with culture and
storytelling, and has a passion for bringing strategy to life and managing and shepherding a
collaborative creative team. You’ll be working on visual identities (based on our brand strategy
work), go-to-market strategy implementation, and full-scale brand campaigns, to name a few.
We’re passionate about placemaking and impact-driven work, so your clients will range in

engage confidently with clients and clearly articulate creative ideas and direction to a wide
variety of stakeholders.

● Think holistically about the company's growth, and develop marketing materials and
strategies to attract new clients
● Take the initiative to gain knowledge on all creative projects and client industries
● Work with the strategy and accounts team to obtain knowledge of clients’ requirements
and requests and develop a creative vision to fit
● Work with internal teams to brainstorm and produce creative/marketing initiatives for
Main & Rose as a company
● Be present at and lead discussions regarding new creative initiatives that are both in
consideration and in their initial stages of development
● Lead various company wide brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas and
educate employees on creative guidelines
● Approve/reject presentation ideas, revise and edit those that are approved, and provide
constructive feedback to the team
● Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and on brand
● Create long term visions and strategy for projects and create an actionable plan to
achieve the goals for that project
● Serve as a mentor to all employees interested in created projects
● Attract new clients that fit within our creative direction
● Communicate with clients about the progress and execution of their creative projects
