Are you a switched-on, motivated individual looking to take your civil career to the next level? We’re on the hunt for a Site Engineer to join a successful and growing civil construction company based in the Franklin area, who complete work across Auckland and the Waikato.
  
This role is ideal for someone with a bit of civil site experience under their belt who is ready to dive in, learn fast, and contribute to delivering high-quality civil projects. You’ll work closely with on-site crews and senior leadership, gaining exposure to timelines, quality standards, project planning, and more.
  
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supporting drainage and civil construction projects from the ground up
• Learning directly from senior managers and site teams
• Helping ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high standards
• Communicating clearly with teams on-site and in the office
• Taking part in quality assurance, site reporting, and project tracking

To be considered you will:

• Have some experience in a civil construction company (drainage experience is a bonus)
• Hold a relevant qualification (civil engineering or similar) - not essential, but helpful
• Have strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Enjoy being part of a team and aren't afraid to get stuck in
• Be eager to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time
