The Role

Our client is one of the biggest names in the heavy machinery industry and with no sign of the workload slowing down they are looking for a Field Service Technician with Agri experience to look after their agricultural customers from across the North Shore, Kumeu up to Te Hana.

What you will be doing

• Diagnose and repair faults across a range of Agricultural machinery - tractors. harvesters, sprayers etc
• Work independently in the field at different sites such as farms to carry out on-site repairs.
• Routine maintenance / servicing when required
• Advise customers on best solutions whether that is parts, maintenance requirements etc

What we need from you

• Previous experience Agricultural experience as a Field Service Technician / Mechanic.
• Strong diagnostic & problem-solving skills - you can identify the problem and fix it and you're not just a parts fitter.
• Customer focused - you need to be comfortable being in-front of customers in a range of different environments.
• Self starter / autonomous - you need to be able to work on your own and get on with things that need to be done.
