We are working with one of the leading names within home interiors to find them their next  Sales Manager to lead a high performing sales team to take the sales growth to the next level.

What you will be doing

• You will be a 'selling' Sales Manager so you will lead, motivate & direct the sales team but also be responsible for bringing in revenue yourself.
• Improve sales performance through coaching, training and identifying any strengths/weaknesses that could be improved or utilised in a more efficient way.
• Work with customers onsite and in their homes to provide suitable product recommendations, quotes etc.
• Manage sales pipelines and ensure sales team are using time & managing leads/customers in the most effective way.
• Offer the highest level of customer service at all times. 
• Take responsibility for stock, financial reporting and reports on performance.

What we need from you

• Proven track record of smashing sales targets - the hungrier you are the better.
• Experience with home interiors is ideal but not a necessity.
• Ability to manage sales pipeline and identify opportunities
• Comfortable managing budgets and financial reporting
• A full drivers license is a must
